The Picori Blade is a unique one-handed sword. It can be reforged into the Elemental White Sword.

Picori Blade Duplicates are non-unique one-handed swords that can be found or crafted.

Characteristics[]

The Picori Blade is equal in strength to a Dwarven Sword with a slightly heavier weight. The sword's speed is much higher than vanilla swords, being equal to that of a dagger. It maintains the standard reach of a sword.

The Blade deals increased critical damage (x1.7 base damage) and has a standard critical multiplier of x1.0. The Blade may be tempered with Quicksilver Ingots.

A duplicate of the Picori Blade can be crafted at a Terminan Forge. While it has the increased damage of an Elven Sword, it has a slightly lower swing speed and cannot be upgraded into the White Sword.

Effects[]

The Picori Blade has no inherit enchantments and thus may be enchanted.

The Duplicate sword also has no enchantment, but counts as a Silver weapon, dealing extra damage to undead, ghosts, and werewolves.

Location[]

The Picori Blade is located within Arkngthamz in an area accessed via a hidden underwater passage below a western waterfall. It can be found in a Strongbox dungeon at the top of a skull.

A guaranteed Picori Blade Duplicate is located within Broken Oar Grotto. It can found on a shelf in the bandits' central structure.

Crafting[]

Picori Blade Duplicates can be crafted at a Terminan Forge, provided that the actual Picori Blade is in one's inventory.

Lore[]

According to the Gossip Stones, the Picori Blade was found by the Dwemer of Arkngthamz and was wielded by a Dwemer king who lived there.

Background and Inspiration[]

The Picori Blade was added to Relics of Hyrule in version 4.0.

Its appearance was inspired by the Picori Blade of The Minish Cap, with stylistic differences given its basis on Skyrim's Elven Sword.

The duplicate Picori Blade was included to allow players to keep a sword resembling the Picori Blade instead of replacing it with the Elemental White Swords or Four Sword.
