Roxanne is a Nord merchant living in a secluded house in The Reach. Her home is west of Cliffside Retreat and may be accessed by traveling southwest and uphill, toward Bruca's Leap Redoubt. Her house connects to Kamdelimar.Roxanne sells ores and gems, including soul gems, Armos Stone, Moon Shards, and Armos Weapons.
She carries an Armos Dagger, a woodcutter's axe, a pickaxe, and the key to her house, as well as random trinkets.

Roxanne was added to enhance the world of Relics of Hyrule, and to provide another source for Moon Shards, Armos Stone, and Armos Weapons. She is named after Roxanne, the scholarly Rock-type Gym Leader of the Hoenn region in Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire.
